OCR runs in your browser. Screenshots and mileage records are not uploaded to our server.
Add your daily statistics
Use screenshots showing both dates, completed deliveries, distance and estimated earnings. The start and end dates must be the same day.
Choose the language used in your screenshots. Only that model and English are loaded. Kilometres are read by their unit; unfamiliar delivery and earnings labels may need manual entry. Review every result.
First import downloads the OCR language models. Keep this page open during processing. Every result needs your confirmation.
Import Excel or CSV
Use an Excel or Driversnote export. Files are processed on this device. Choose relevant Wolt trips and compare overlapping days before importing.
.xlsx or UTF-8 .csv · up to 10 MB · 1,100 rows per sheet. No PDF import.
Excel formula cells use their saved result. Save and recalculate the workbook in Excel first. Blank deliveries and earnings remain unknown.
Check every day
Compare the fields with the original screenshot. A blank value means unknown, not zero.
Your report
Uses original Wolt days in the same month with the nearest delivery count. Estimates remain separate and can exceed Wolt’s monthly total. Unknown distances are never treated as zero.
A user-prepared report, not issued by Wolt. A reconstruction appendix is included only when estimates are positive. Unconfirmed records cannot enter the report.
Keep a copy of your records
Data is stored in this browser on this device. Clearing website data removes it. Export a backup before changing devices.
How it works
This website cannot read the Wolt app automatically. Upload daily statistics screenshots from Android or iPhone. OCR suggestions may contain errors: review each day before confirming it.
To add missing information, use “Add a day manually”. Reconstruction is optional and does not establish why Wolt recorded zero kilometres. Original OCR, edits and reference days are retained in the backup.
