Purpose of the tool

KM Report helps you organise and review mileage information and prepare a PDF. It does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice, determine your entitlement to a deduction or reimbursement, or submit anything to a tax authority.

Review before using a report

You are responsible for checking dates, units, decimal separators, distances, imported columns and selected trips against your original records. OCR can read numbers or dates incorrectly. Only confirmed days enter the report.

A generated report is prepared by the user. It is not issued or approved by Wolt, Driversnote or a tax authority, and acceptance is not guaranteed. The PDF is not a substitute for any additional documentation required for your circumstances.

Estimates and overlapping sources

Optional reconstruction produces estimates for confirmed Wolt days showing zero kilometres with positive earnings and delivery counts. Estimates do not prove why the original value was zero or how far you actually drove. They are disclosed separately in the report appendix.

Different sources may measure different journeys. When the same day appears in multiple sources, choose the relevant source; do not assume that their distances should be added.

Your data and backups

Import information you are entitled to use and include only relevant trips. Data stays in the current browser and can be lost when site data is cleared, storage is evicted or a device fails. Keep independent copies of your original evidence, PDFs and backups.

Availability and changes

Features may change and the service may be interrupted. No promise is made that every screenshot, workbook layout or language will be recognised accurately. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
