How it works
1. Choose your source
For Wolt screenshots, choose the screenshot language and numeric date order. Upload daily statistics showing the relevant date and distance. A start/end date range is flagged and cannot be confirmed as a single daily screenshot.
For Excel or CSV, choose the worksheet and header row, then map the date and distance columns. Set the decimal separator and distance unit. Optional columns can retain deliveries, DKK earnings, departure, destination, purpose, workplace and vehicle.
2. Select the relevant rows
Imported rows are initially unselected. Select only trips relevant to your report. Leave private journeys, summary rows and duplicates unselected. “Select all valid rows” selects by readable date and distance; it does not decide whether a trip is business-related or belongs to Wolt.
Choose “Individual trips” to group selected journeys by day, or “Daily totals” for one row per day. Missing earnings and delivery counts remain unknown. Miles are converted using 1 mile = 1.609344 kilometres; imported trip distances are rounded to two decimal places before daily grouping.
3. Resolve overlapping days
Compare the imported total with existing records for the same day. Keep the existing source or replace it with the imported day. Distances from overlapping sources are not added together. Replaced records remain in edit history and the downloadable backup.
4. Review and confirm
Compare every suggested value with the source. Correct errors, then confirm the day. Identical spreadsheet rows are flagged during grouping and exact reimports of the same selected rows are skipped. Other overlapping files still require your review.
5. Export your report
Enter your name, delivery city and reporting period. The Danish PDF includes confirmed days, their sources and a distance total. For spreadsheet imports, an appendix preserves the selected trip information. Unknown distances do not enter the total.
Optional Wolt reconstruction
Reconstruction applies only to confirmed Wolt days with 0 km, positive earnings and a positive delivery count. It uses original Wolt days in the same month whose delivery count is closest. If several reference days tie, their kilometres per delivery are averaged and multiplied by the target delivery count. Imported Excel, CSV and Driversnote days are not reconstructed or used as Wolt references.
Reconstruction remains an estimate, is disclosed in an appendix, and may exceed Wolt's monthly total. It never establishes the actual reason for a zero-kilometre entry.
Supported formats and limits
Images: PNG, JPEG and WebP, up to 15 MB each and 100 per batch. Tables: XLSX or UTF-8 CSV, up to 10 MB, 1,100 rows and 100 columns per worksheet. Up to 1,000 daily records can be imported. Legacy XLS and PDF import are not supported.
Excel formulas use the result saved in the workbook, not a new calculation. Recalculate and save in Excel first. Use numeric dates or Excel date cells; unrecognised date text requires correction. OCR offers language models but recognition and field extraction vary by language and layout. Unsupported delivery and earnings labels can require manual entry.
